Request Union Representation

It is important to know that if you are reaching out about a potential grievance, that grievances are tied to interpretation, application, or alleged violation of any of the provisions of the ESEA Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) or contract.

The process outlined for grievance in the contract has important timelines and follow-up, and not following the timeline can invalidate a grievance that would otherwise have merit.

That is why it is important to be vigilant and prompt in responding to ESEA outreach to you about your request.
