Earn recognition for your skills and knowledge by pursuing the NEA ESP Professional Growth Continuum micro-credentials. Developed for ESP members by ESP members, these micro-credentials validate your professional impact and make your resume pop.

  • Map out competency areas to strengthen or improve your practice across all stages of your career
  • Earn recognition for your skills and knowledge

Session Length

Approx. 15 hours per micro-credential

Session Format

Blended

Micro-credentials are a digital form of certification indicating demonstrated competency/mastery in a specific skill or set of skills.

Each individual micro-credential in this stack aligns with one of the ESP Universal Standards: 

  • Communication 
  • Cultural Competence
  • Ethics
  • Health and Safety
  • Organization
  • Professionalism
  • Reporting
  • Technology

NEA Micro-credentials are offered at no cost to NEA members. Non-NEA members will be charged a $125.00 scoring fee per micro-credential at the time of submission.
