Teamsters Local 14 and ESEA Commend Boost in School Funding

Public schools will receive an additional $250 million.

For Immediate Release

Teamsters Local 14 and Education Support Employees Association (ESEA) jointly represent thousands of support professional employees at the Clark County School District (CCSD). The unions mutually commend our elected officials for the recent announcement of an additional $250 million for public education.

Together we look forward to a bipartisan plan to elevate education in Nevada and the fifth largest school district in the country, Clark County. The support professional employees of CCSD are an important thread in the fabric of the expansive CCSD system.

These committed employees, understaffed and underpaid, have given their time and energy in support of high-quality public education for our students and CCSD. It is time to compensate the employees for their sacrifices and provide the students and parents the quality education they deserve.
